What we collect

Your work email address, role, department, the task name you enter and the calculated scores are saved. IP address and browser information are kept in server logs to prevent abuse. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. To run the service we work with MailerLite (email infrastructure), Anthropic (generating the report summary) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye — see the Data Protection Notice for details.

AI

The executive summary in your report is generated by an AI language model. The task name, role, department and calculated scores are sent to the model; your raw answers are not. Generated text may contain errors.

Retention, your rights and contact

We keep your records for as long as the processing purpose applies. To access, correct or delete your data, write to hello@recrusr.com. To leave our mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes.
