Data we process and why

When you use the assessment tool we process your email address, role, department, the task name you enter, and the scores calculated from your answers. IP address and access logs are kept for security purposes.

This data is used to generate and deliver your report, to contact you, to keep the service secure, and to improve the product. With your consent it is also used to send marketing messages.

Your answers to the assessment questions are not stored — they are processed only to calculate your score and generate your report.

Legal basis and collection

Data is collected electronically through forms on our website and by automated means. Processing relies on performance of a contract and legitimate interests under Article 5 of the KVKK, and on your explicit consent for marketing messages.

Transfers

To deliver the service your data is shared with MailerLite (email infrastructure), Anthropic (generating the report summary) and Vercel (hosting). As these providers are located abroad, transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK with your explicit consent or subject to the safeguards required by law. Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires. Once that purpose no longer applies it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Statutory retention obligations are reserved.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or erasure, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis that is adverse to you, and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Your score is calculated automatically and the summary in your report is generated by an AI language model. These outputs are informational, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for professional advice.
